locals only

We are looking to move out of our apartment into a house to rent. We have been on craig's list and know what is available out there and there are tons of rentals. However, we thought we'd put it out here to all of our local friends and family. If you or anyone you know if looking to sell their house but can't, renting it to us might be a goof solution. We are looking for something cool and close to I5. Please let us know if you know of anyone selling their house who isn't having any luck finding buyers. thanks
